Here's a brief summary of free ways to test for yourselves what we say. After that, you may be content with what you then have. Or not. We believe once you've tried them you're likely to be on a path of continuous improvement.


That doesn't mean you have to do it all yourself. Nobody can maximise their business success on their own. You need a team, including your staff. We'd love to become part of that team - if you are prepared to tackle this methodically. We have systems and processes we can use to provide a framework for your unique business (and if you don't think your business is unique maybe there's an early clue). A key is to ensure you have the right skills and are tackling the right jobs first, while not neglecting your daily business. A common phrase is to work ON the business rather than IN the business.


Perhaps you think "Where do I start to grow my business?" Perhaps you have not achieved any noticeable improvement when you attempted to grow your business. That doesn't mean your approach doesn't work - it more likely means you haven't yet found the way to make it work for you. Did you manage to walk the first time you tried? Or talk? There is no magic formula for growing your business - it requires constant effort and encouragement.

Newsletter. Every month we publish a newsletter on our other site. As with everything we do, this is designed to encourage you to be proactive - positive change doesn't just happen. You can read the older newsletters to see what they are about - but to get last year's and this year's requires you to register on our other site. This will mean you get a brief email about what's in this month's article.


SWOT analysis. We offer a diagnostic service. We believe it offers incredible value - but it is not free. However, we do offer a *free* basic diagnostic service. This is a simpler version of the full product, and when offered for no charge, comes without our involvement. We believe that even with these limitations it offers genuine room for identifying improvements in your business.

The one thing that is guaranteed not to improve things is doing nothing. If you lack certain skills, seek help to get them - otherwise, you will do nothing.
